The Constitutional referendum in Belarus will be held in February, 2022. Natalya Kochanova, the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus announced about this.
Earlier the Constitutional commission of Belarus presented the project of the new version to the Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. The correspondent suggestions were discussed in the extended session of the Constitutional commission on September 28, with the participation of the country leader.
After the final refinement of the project, it will be put up for public discussion, then for referendum.
