Gegham Stepanyan, Human Rights Defender of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) said on his Twitter microblog that the Artsakh Defense Army has no casualties.
“I visited the wounded servicemen at Stepanakert military hospital. Artsakh Defense Army has no killed soldiers. There are no hostilities going on now in Artsakh,” Stepanyan stated.
