Yerevan was included in the list of the most preferred foreign vacation destinations for Russians during the velvet season. The experts came to this conclusion after analyzing the ticket data purchased from September 1 to October 15.
Among the most preferred foreign destinations are Yerevan (Armenia), Istanbul (Turkey), Antalya (Turkey), Chisinau (Moldova), Larnaca (Cyprus), Burgas (Bulgaria) and Dalaman (Turkey).
According to experts, the choice of such foreign destinations by Russians is mainly due to the epidemiological situation, as many destinations are closed to Russians.
