As a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, the United States will consider how it can contribute to the continuation of the talks initiated by the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan within the framework of the UN General Assembly.
US Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy assessed the Mirzoyan-Bayramov dialogue in New York with the participation of the Co-Chairs as constructive.
“There must be a comprehensive solution that will ensure peace in the region. About Armenian-Turkish relations: the parties must be ready for that, and in that case the United States is ready to support, facilitate reconciliation, dialogue efforts,” says Lynne Tracy, US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia.
