The architectural design of the Park of Life to be established in the Yerevan Botanical Garden and the works planned for the near future were presented to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the Republic Square of Yerevan, near the trees guarded by the Guard of Honor.
Trees symbolizing aliveness and presence of all the victims of the Artsakh wars will be planted in the park, which will cover an area of 25-30 hectares, while the Tree of Life will symbolize all our martyrs and their lives sacrificed for the Motherland.
In his message dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Armenia's independence, the Prime Minister had noted that it will be a park of life, where children will run, make noise, play, young people will have fun, adults will walk and talk. ‘’That park will be about that all they fell in order all these people, Armenia and Artsakh can live. And the living Armenia, living Artsakh, peaceful and developing Armenian statehood must become the victory they shaped.
Here, in the heart of this bright square, wrapped in Armenian flags and guarded by the guard of honor, these trees will be moved to the botanical garden, symbolizing the beginning of a new era in the history of the Republic of Armenia, the beginning of an era of peaceful development’’, Nikol Pashinyan had said.
