On September 17, AGBU was deeply touched by the loss of two very active female members due to a heinous crime in Netherlands.
"We lost two of our loved ones who served AGBU tirelessly for years. Mrs. Maral Dermovesian, board member and chairman of the Women's committee, and Mrs. Zonund Kardanakian, member of the Women's committee. For describing Maral, the words are lacking. She brought joy and happiness to the community and was truly the flower of our association.
We pray the Lord to give them eternal rest and to assist their bereaved and to give the strength in these horrible moments," AGBU Facebook post reads.
