During the briefings at the Parliament, the correspondent of ‘Lurer’ asked Heriknaz Tigranyan, member of ‘Civil Contract’ faction, what her opinion was on Armenia’s proceedings against Azerbaijan before International Court of Justice.
“This was the result of many months of hard work carried out by the competent bodies of the Republic of Armenia. This work was carried out silently, without disturbing the public through various press conferences. All the violations committed by Azerbaijan in connection with international humanitarian law have been mapped. We do not rule out that the neighboring state will institutes such proceedings. I think our factual bases are much stronger, and these proceedings will have a logical outcome,” Tigranyan said.
