A new district is being built in Hovsepavan community of Artsakh's (Nagorno-Karabakh) Askeran region for 92 families displaced by the war.
The new district will have 92 residential houses with 1200 square meters of land. The residential houses will have 2, 3, 4 and 5 rooms.
The district will have leisure areas with green areas, a playground, an administrative building, a school.
The new settlement is planned to be put into operation by December 2022.
