Russian President Vladimir Putin is self-isolating after members of his entourage fell ill with COVID-19, the Kremlin said on Tuesday.
In a conversation with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Putin said he was forced to go into self-isolation and therefore will not travel to Tajikistan this week for planned CSTO meeting.
