Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on appointing Razmik Khumaryan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Belarus.
By another presidential decree, Razmik Khumaryan was appointed Permanent and Plenipotentiary representative of the Republic of Armenia in statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
