Artak Beglaryan, State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) sent a video message on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of the Artsakh Republic, about the future sector pillars, qualities and things to be done.
“This is a special day because after the war we have the task of analyzing the successes and failures of our past, as well as the truth of the path we have chosen.
Looking at the chosen path from a distance of at least 30 years, we must definitely state that there is no alternative. This is the only true path, the path of independence, because these 30 years of deprivation, losses, everything has been for this independence, it has been for this path. And if there is no independence, we will all think that all the deprivations and all the losses were in vain.
However, we must understand that independence, self-determination, and the protection of our values require concrete sacrifices and losses. We must understand that this path is difficult, but this is a mission that has no alternative,” Artak Beglaryan said.
