On September 2, within the framework of the events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh), the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan visited one of the military units of the Defense Army.
The Minister congratulated the servicemen on the occasion of the most important state holiday, discussed a number of issues related to foreign policy and state building.
He stressed that the Armed Forces have been and will remain one of the possible guarantees of the security of the Artsakh Republic. At the end of the meeting, the Minister wished the servicemen good and trouble-free service.
