President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on the occasion of Constitution Day.
President Sarkissian’s message particularly reads:
“Twenty-six years ago, on your initiative, the Basic Law of the country was adopted, which serves as a reliable basis for stability, public welfare and the consolidation of society.
Armenia pursues further development of multilateral cooperation with Kazakhstan. Friendly relations and mutual trust between our countries are a stable basis for mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas.”
