The criminal case filed on August 27 by the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabagh) against the Azerbaijani serviceman found in the city of Martakert was transferred to the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh on the basis of completion of the investigation.
The inquest proceeding is underway.
