As was reported earlier, the Azerbaijani side blocked Karmrakar-Shournoukh section of Kapan-Goris interstate road at night.
The National Security Service informed that vehicles in this area were evacuated.
Work is underway to open the road and restore the normal traffic for people and vehicles.
