By the decree of Armen Sarkissian, the President of the Republic of Armenia, Armella Shakaryan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexican United States was also appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Belize to Armenia.
“Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 132, Point 2, part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 14, part 1 of the law:
To appoint Armella Shakaryan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexican United States, in combination to be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Belize to Armenia(residence in Mexico)”, mentioned in the command of President Sarkissian.
