By the decree of Armen Sarkissian, the President of RA, Ararat Mirzoyan was appointed RA Minister of Foreign Affairs.
“Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government. To appoint Ararat Mirzoyan Minister of Foreign Affairs”, President of the Republic of Armenia.
