European Union is ready to support Armenia and Azerbaijan in demarcation of state border, said Toivo Klaar, the Special Representative of EU for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia.
“The disturbing news about victims from Armenian-Azerbaijani state border continue. We reaffirm our call to start the process of de-escalation, restraint and demarcation”, Klaar tweeted.
