Sergey Lavrov offered the Russian automobile carriers to work in Nagorno-Karabakh.
During the meeting with the International Carriers Association, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs mentioned that Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan came to an agreement around the tripartite mechanism of unblocking transport communications.
“Active works are being held there in the direction of infrastructure and highway rehabilitation. Therefore, we ask you to view this area closely. In my opinion, it will obviously be an economic incentive, of course with Russia’s active participation”, said Lavrov.
