Armenia and Uruguay share very deep and warm friendship, which was born in unfriendly conditions, but was fermented with hope. On today’s meeting we valued all the principles the two countries share.
He also referred to the importance of peaceful settlement of the conflicts.
In such difficult period, when the region’s peace and security are under suspect because of different conflicts, Uruguay expressed his concern to international public and announced that conflicts must be solved without the use of force, but peacefully”.
