Satellite photos show that between April 10 and June 5, 51 sculptures were removed from sculpture park of the State Museum of Fine Arts in Shushi, and the territory is completely cleared.
The International Organization for the Protection of the Caucasian Heritage - Caucasus Heritage Watch alarmed this․
The organization is concerned about the state of the artworks which are the property of this museum. The international organization directs questions to the Azerbaijani authorities, demanding to disclose the location of the confiscated sculptures and let them know when artworks become accessible to public.
The organization wants to know whether curators and environmentalists were involved in the process of removing the sculptures.
Is the sculptures’ relocation in tune with Chapman Taylor's new master plan?
