Together with Mesrop Arakelyan, Co-founder of ‘Living Artsakh’ Foundation, and Ruben Vardanyan, Co-founder of ‘Aurora Humanitarian’ and ‘Future Armenian’ initiatives, we visited the village of Dahrav in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to familiarize with the construction process of a new settlement within the framework of the program named ‘100 Houses in Artsakh.
Mane Tandilyan, Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh wrote about this on her Facebook page:
“Our compatriots who were displaced from different parts of Artsakh as a result of the 44-day war will settle in the new village and give new breath to Artsakh.
During the visit, we were also welcome in Khnatsakh community’s bakery, newly built within the framework of the Petrosov family's ‘Aurora to Artsakh’ project.
We also visited the Wushu Federation of Stepanakert and The Lady Cox Rehabilitation Center, where numerous programs were implemented with the support of the Ministry of Labor, Social and Housing Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh and ‘Aurora to Artsakh’ initiative.
The center will soon open its doors with the rooms - completely remodeled, fully equipped with proper appliances and facilities.
Artsakh is not alone. Artsakh must live with a new breath. Artsakh needs all of us, just as we do need it,” wrote Tandilyan.
