On August 9, Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan met with Thierry Ribaux, Head of the delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Armenia.
The issues of missing people from the Armenian side and the return of prisoners of war (POWs) were discussed at the meeting. Border zone residents’ rights protection was a separate issue at the meeting.
