On August 9, between 16:00 and 22:00, the enemy violated the ceasefire regime in the South-Western (Shosh-Mkhitarashen) section. Along with small arms the Azerbaijani Armed Forces also used an easel anti-tank grenade launcher (RPG-9), firing 3 shells in the direction of the Armenian positions.
According to the reports of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic’s Defense Army, the Armenian side has no casualties. The command personnel of the Russian peacekeeping contingent was provided the information about the incident.
The command staff of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh calls on the Azerbaijani side to maintain the reached agreements and avoid the steps that will further aggravate the situation.
