The State Service of Emergency Situation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) informs that on August 03 the sapper groups will neutralize the ammunition found in the territory of Mets Shen community of Martakert region, Berdashen sub-region of Martuni region, and near the town of Askeran.
Since September 27, 2020, in order to avoid possible accidents, the service sappers, the Humanitarian Demining Center Foundation and The Halo Trust non-governmental demining organization have carried out engineering exploration work on a daily basis.
Explosives and ammunition found are destroyed on the spot.
