President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on appointing Suren Papikyan Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister.
“Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal, in accordance with Article 150 of the Constitution, to appoint Suren Papikyan Deputy Prime Minister,” the presidential decree reads.
