Famous American-Armenian rock musician, front man of the rock band System of a Down Serj Tankian referred to the adoption in the US House of Representatives of the amendment of Congressman Frank Pallone to deprive Azerbaijan of US military aid. The rock singer wrote on his Facebook page:
“This is a huge win for justice today. Azerbaijan’s dictatorial regime’s actions against Armenia require punitive action. Today is the start of the price the Aliyev regime will pay for its war crimes and aggression. I urge Armenians fighting for justice around the world to work through their host countries to place sanctions on Azerbaijan immediately.”
