US Congressman Frank Pallone stated that the Azerbaijani military operations against Armenia are part of the plan to occupy Armenian territory.
“Azerbaijan's attack today is part of a plan to steal Armenian land and disrupt its democracy. If this aggression continues to be ignored, they will carry out deadly assaults unabated. My amendment to the House spending bill sends a message by withholding funding to Azeri forces,” Pallone stated.
