On July 28, at around 3:40 a.m., the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces attacked the Armenian positions located in the northeastern direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, Armenia’s Ministry of Defense reports.
Local battles took place, which, as of 07:00 a.m., continue. According to preliminary information, there are losses on both sides as a result of battles. The data is being verified.
