An exclusive video from the Karvachar border on July 23 appeared on the Internet, showing an Azerbaijani soldier brutally beating his co-serviceman.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced that an Azerbaijani soldier had been killed by a sniper fired by the Armenian side in the Karvachar border area.
Shortly afterwards, Armenia’s Ministry of Defense announced that on July 23, shots were fired at the Azerbaijani military base, which may be due to an interpersonal incident between the Azerbaijani military. The video shows the same military base where the shootings took place.
