Arriving in Armenia on a two-day visit, Charles Michel, President of the European Council, accompanied by Acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial (Armenian Genocide Memorial) to pay tribute to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims.
