The strengthening and reconstruction works of the foundations of the 8th apartment building on Tigran Mets deadlock in Stepanakert, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) continue.
According to the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh, the construction is carried out by ‘Pant’ LLC.
