The Aurora Humanitarian Initiative Foundation has announced that the 2021 Aurora Awards will take place in Venice on October 8-10. In addition to the ceremony, guests and participants will have a great opportunity to get acquainted with the Armenian heritage in Venice.
The Aurora Humanitarian Initiative Venice Ceremony is the first to be held in Europe.
Noubar Afeyan, co-founder of the Aurora Humanitarian Initiative Foundation, stated that “The purpose of the 2021 awards ceremony is to give guests the opportunity to get together for the first time since the events took place online.”
“The recent year and a half has been difficult for each of us. We have all had painful losses. That is why we are very excited to express our gratitude to our wonderful community, to gather the world’s philanthropists in Venice, to get acquainted with the Armenian heritage and rich history here,” said Noubar Afeyan.
