The radical Taliban movement will not allow other groups to use Afghan territory to create security threats to other countries, Mohammad Sohail Shaheen, official representative of the political office of the movement stated, TASS reports.
“With regard to foreigners wishing to use Afghanistan as a base [for attacking] other states, we [the Taliban] have made a commitment that we will not accept them, whether they are loners or groups opposed to any other country, including China. We will not allow open recruitment, training, or fundraising for any group in Afghanistan,” the movement representative stated.
