Two Azerbaijanis exploded a mine in the Azerbaijani-occupied Varanda region, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
On July 8, residents of Fizuli district Nuru Nuriyev and Elnur Hashimov entered Varanda district without the permission of the authorities. While moving, they exploded on a mine, getting serious injuries.
