The construction works of apartment buildings under construction are in full swing in Stepanakert, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) near Tigran Mets Street.
According to the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh, the earthworks have already been completed, and now the metal structure of the concrete base is being assembled.
The new district is being built with the funding of the ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund.
