The Russian delegation left OSCE Parliamentary Assembly session. It was decided to refuse to participate in the meeting in Vienna in protest against the violation of the regulations, Lenta.ru reports.
It is related to the resolution on the assessment of Russia's actions in the Ukraine and Crimea, which was proposed by the Ukrainian delegates.
Head of the Russian delegation, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Peter Tolstoy, said that the Assembly violated the rules, according to which the decision is made if 2/3 of all members of the Assembly vote, and not the present parliamentarians.
