The houses being built in the new settlement of Astghashen area are being roofed for the residents displaced from Sghnakh, Moshkhmhat, Madatashen and Jraghatsner villages of Askeran region of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
According to the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh, at present the construction of the foundations of 140 private houses, the construction of the roofs of 4 private houses, as well as the construction of the walls of 16 private houses and the construction of roofs are underway.
The contractor is ‘Kapavor’ LLC. The new district ️is planned to be fully exploited by 2022.
