The project starts in Artsakh, creating CoWorking remote working areas in Martakert, Martuni and Askeran, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The goal of the project is to create a workforce and ecosystem in Artsakh that meets today’s international technological requirements, where people living in Artsakh will work remotely in international organizations, or, living in Artsakh, will create goods and services for the international market.
In the first stage, the information work on the implementation of the program will be carried out, presenting, telling the population of Artsakh and possible partner-employer companies about the opportunities created by this program. This will promote the effective implementation of the program and the rapid involvement of potential participants in the process of working in the CoWorking areas.
In the second and third phases of the project, all interested parties will be recruited, a training group will be organized, as well as a network of employers and CoWorking sites will be prepared to provide further continuing education and employment.
As a result, a group of young people with a many skills in various fields of the latest technologies, CoWorking places and a large network of employers who support continuing education programs and are ready to offer jobs to all interested individuals and groups are being created in Artsakh. This will give an opportunity, solving the problem of employment, at the same time to make Artsakh known to the world and to well-known companies.
Such programs and collaborations that will come from the Tech Week Artsakh 2021 initiative will be the beginning of the future Artsakh, and to really present Artsakh to the world.
