The Statistical Committee has published the current-operative indicators characterizing the socio-economic situation of the Republic of Armenia.
Economic activity index in May 2021 increased by 10.9% as compared to the same period of the previous year, moreover, the volume of industrial output increased by 7.9%, the volume of services - by 17.3%, the trade turnover - by 17.6%, the volume of construction - by 0.5% , the volume of export by 36.7%, the volume of import increased by 34.5%.
Economic activity index in January-May 2021 was 4.3% as compared to the same period of the previous year.
