As a result of search operations carried out in Varanda region (Fizuli), one more body was found and evacuated today, the State Service of Emergency Situation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports.
According to preliminary data, he was a participant in battles. His identity will be confirmed after a forensic examination.
From November 13, 2020 to June 24, 2021, 1585 bodies were found and evacuated from the territories under the control of Azerbaijan.
The search will continue in the near future. The service will provide additional information on directions and results.
