A revised version of the United States National Defense Strategy will be released tentatively early next year, United States under Secretary of Defense for Political Affairs Colin Cole announced, TASS reports.
“Our current goal is to prepare a national defense strategy in the coming months. Let’s hope to present it early next year,” the US deputy chief of defense said at an online conference at the Carnegie Endowment in Washington.
The previous such document, the first in 10 years, was drawn up by the previous US administration, led by President Donald Trump, who represented the Republican Party.
