According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the contribution of Russia to the settlement of the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) was decisive, TASS reports.
“With the decisive contribution of Russia, the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh has been stopped,” the Russian president said in a video message to the participants and guests of the IX Moscow Conference on International Security, published on the Kremlin’s website.
Putin noted that Russian peacekeepers reliably guarantee peace and security in the region, do a lot to improve the humanitarian situation, demining territories and restoring social infrastructure.
