The meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Joe Biden has started in Geneva. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken are also taking part in the meeting.
Before the start of the summit, the presidents of the United States and Russia were photographed with the president of Switzerland.
Negotiations are envisaged to last 4-5 hours, with breaks and changes in the format. The talks will be held first in a narrow format, then in an expanded format with the participation of delegations.
There will be a tea and coffee break.
