In an interview with NBC, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russian-American relations had reached a historic low point in recent years.
“In recent years, our bilateral relations have deteriorated to the lowest level,” he said.
Earlier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Putin and Joe Biden will attend the summit because it is demanded by the bad relations between Washington and Moscow.
