The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Swedish Foreign Minister Anne Linde, called on Baku and Yerevan to resume talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
She made a video speech at a meeting of the Helsinki Committee of the US Congress on the challenges of Sweden’s chairmanship in the OSCE. Anne Linde highlighted that Russia managed to reach a ceasefire.
