I have good news. Fifteen of our captured brothers are returning to the Republic of Armenia, but I will not make a more detailed statement at this time. They are on the way. Only when will they are in the territory of the Republic of Armenia will I make a more detailed announcement.
Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who heads the pre-election list of the ‘Civil Contract’ party, stated this today in the village of Karmir, Gegharkunik province.
“I hope that already in Gavar, during our gathering, I will be able to provide more detailed information, but at the moment, the next thing is that our 15 brothers are returning after a few months of captivity.
The task at the moment is to receive them, take them to their homes, and immediately deal with the return of others. I hope that no one doubts that we will return all our brothers. It is a matter of time, we need patience.
I want to apologize to the families whose children are not returning today, and their return continues. Now is the hardest time, when unfortunately we cannot get everyone back at once. Of course, today 15 families will feel happy, but for others, maybe the burden of waiting, that bitterness will be heavier. But this is the way, we must go, return our brothers in groups. We do everything to achieve that goal,” Pashinyan said.
