Foreign states regarding which the decision was made to resume air traffic, in accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2020 No. 635-r ‘On temporary restriction of entry into the Russian Federation of foreign citizens and stateless persons and temporary suspension of visa application and issuance of invitations’.
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published a list of these countries. Armenia is included in the list of countries for which a decision has been made to resume air communication.
