The governments of Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) will provide financial and property assistance to those Kashatagh residents displaced by the 44-day war who will return and resettle in Artsakh. Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan stated this at a meeting with Kashatagh residents in Yerevan.
The President of Artsakh also stated that the process of providing compensation to the displaced people of Artsakh has already started.
