“The United States will continue to stand with the people of Georgia in advancing [their] desire for a democratic, secure and prosperous Georgia,” said Philip Reeker, US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs.
As noted by Reeker, the United States is firmly committed to Georgia to strengthen the country, its capabilities in the field of self-defense.
According to him, the United States supports Georgia's integration into Euro-Atlantic institutions, including NATO.
